President

Gary Bozza is the founder and President of MR Chicago NW. He leads the Retained Executive Search Practice and is a Top Billing Manager in the Midwest, earning Pacesetter Club 12 out of 13 years. MR Chicago NW achieved the "President Club Status of Excellence” with MRI Network Corporation in 2000, 2001, 2006, 2007 & 2009!
Gary has over 20 years of executive management experience as a Vice President of National Accounts and a Director of Sales, primarily at Moore Wallace-RR Donnelley, a leader in the printing, direct mail and document management industry. Gary is noted for hiring high-performance sales teams, as exemplified by earning the prestigious Moore Achievement Life Member Award and for exceeding team quota 13 out of his first 14 years. He is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
These experiences allow Gary to bring his strong sales management and client relationship skills to MR Chicago NW. He is passionate about understanding his clients' business and talent acquisition needs and delivering impact players to his clients - the 20% of employees that are the heart of their business..
He is Founder and Chairperson for the Ireland Cancer Center/Gilmour Scholarship Foundation in Cleveland, which was created in memory of Guy Bozza, Gary's brother who passed away while battling Hodgkin's Disease. Gary is also involved or an active member of CADM, Notre Dame & Miami Alumni Associations, Cancer Treatment Research Foundation, and has been a Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce member for 11 years.
Gary enjoys golfing, exercising and international travel. Some recent favorite trips include Cape Town, South Africa, Nevis, West Indies, Ireland, Italy and Mexico. He has been married for 30 years and has 3 college daughters who range in age from 19-24.

Vice President Operations

Janet Angela joined MR Chicago NW in 1997 and has worn many hats with the firm. Her expertise has been the candidate side of the business and she takes great pride in being an integral part of an individual attaining his or her professional and personal goals through career advancement. Building long-term relationships as a career consultant is paramount to her.
Janet has an extensive background in business and education and is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. Prior to joining MR Chicago, she taught High School Special Education, was a work-study coordinator, and managed a corporate tutoring center. She co-wrote and was a recipient of the first occupational classroom government grant. Janet was also named "Teacher of the year" in Columbus, Ohio. She currently is responsible for training, operations, financials and works closely with the search consultant to streamline our "Accelerated Recruitment" approach within the MR Chicago NW organization. She has 3 daughters and has been married for 29 years.
Whatever her role, Janet has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to meeting the human capital needs of our office, candidates, and clients with confidentiality, honesty and integrity.

Search Consultant

Sandy Augoustatos' experience includes 7 years working for an Information Technology company where 6 out of the 7 years she held a senior management position. The experience at her previous employment helped her learn how to hire and recruit talented individuals. Sandy was consistently recognized as having high performing departments, which she believes was due to her ability to find top quality employees.
Sandy started at MR Chicago NW in January of 2004 and really enjoys working for a team and a firm that knows how to find the best talent in the industry. In addition to her recruiting responsibilities, she has been active in her firm's search for new hires by retaining talented employees that shares MR Chicago NW's values and visions of: Integrity, Teamwork, Dedication, Sense of Urgency and Ownership.
Sandy has a BS degree from Northern Illinois University, been married since 1997 and is a mother of 3 small girls. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Search Consultant
Susan Schoenberger joined MR Chicago in November 2009 as a Sr. Search Consultant. Susan has over 13 years of experience in recruiting. Prior to joining MR Chicago, Susan worked for Egret Consulting Group, an executive search firm specializing in the electrical industry. In her role, she was successful in filling positions in both electrical distribution and manufacturing. Some of the positions she filled were sales, operations, senior management & pricing/purchasing managers. Prior to Egret, Susan worked at Siemens Building Technologies for 11 years. In her role at Siemens, she worked for the Facility Management Service Group for seven years and recruited for positions in several vertical markets. She moved into a Sr. Staffing Partner role for the corporate office for four years and supported the South Region recruiting for positions in sales, operations & engineering for the automation, fire/life safety and security business sector.
Susan is very happy to be part of the MR Chicago Team, a team that prides themselves on professionalism, integrity and the willingness to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients.
Susan enjoys travel, interior decorating, boating and spending time with her husband and her four children.
Internet Researcher/ Administrative Assistant
Kristen O'Hare joined MR Chicago NW as an Internet Research Specialist in 2007. As an Internet Researcher Kristen works as a Project Coordinator on key accounts that result in placements throughout the company. By having a deep research knowledge of search engines, networking sites, job boards, and online databases, she has been successful at utilizing these search tools to locate qualified candidates. Kristen also assists in helping to drive the marketing of MR Chicago NW and is thrilled with the company and the role she plays here.
Kristen received her bachelor degree from Purdue University where she was also a member of the Purdue cheerleading team for a total of 4 years. When she isn't working she enjoys playing with her two dogs Lilly and Lola, spending time with her family, friends, and husband.

Financial Manager
Barb Patterson joined MRI in 2008 as the Financial Manager. She brings 30 plus years of financial and budgeting responsibility. Her strong organizational skills managing accounts payable, collecting receivables, preparing and managing annual budgets coupled with her strong customer relations skills makes her a great addition to the MRI team. Barb is active in several business organizations including the Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of various organizations. Barb received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
Barb has four children and four grandchildren. She is a Master Gardener and loves to design landscape projects.
